Sharing our knowledge and skills is a passion of ours. Through our workshops, we guide aspiring photographers and enthusiasts in mastering the art of photography, helping them to see the world through a creative lens. Our workshops are small, personalized and educational. This allows each student to receive the personal attention they deserve.

ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOPS AND TOURS ARE ADDED THROUGH THE YEAR, SO PLEASE RECHECK OUR SCHEDULE FREQUENTLY.
We welcome you to any of our workshops and do the most we can to make each one a great experience for our participants. You will come away with images, good memories and an improvement of your skill, no matter what level you are with your camera or experience.

PRIVATE WORKSHOPS

PRIVATE WORKSHOPS We also offer private workshops and can customize them to meet the skill level of the participants. Please contact us for more information.

Scott Kelby

“I got the opportunity to spend some time with Susan and Neil at one of their workshops, and I have to say, I have honestly never seen instructors work as hard as they do to make certain their students got more than their money’s worth. They are passionate, thorough, and awfully fun teachers who are totally dedicated to giving their students the best workshop experience possible and I can’t recommend them enough. Worth every penny and then some!”

“Over the years I’ve worked with some of the most highly rated nature photography instructors & photographers in the world, including, John Shaw, the late Galen Rowell, Art Wolfe, David Muench, and many more. Susan and Neil Silverman are two of the very best teachers and shooters I’ve had the honor to work with! If you do a workshop with them, I can assure you that you will learn a lot and have a great time in the process!”

“I’ve worked with Susan and Neil quite a few times. I really enjoy working with them as an instructor, they’re very personable yet informative. Their instructive qualities are great, especially on their selected location sites. The thing I enjoy most is sharing with them the creative spirit and I look forward to doing it again soon.”

Focal LengTH Finder

FOCAL LENGTH FINDER

Utilizing an old film slide blank you can quickly determine the optimal focal length needed for your desired image by holding a specific distance from your eye.

For Example: If you are using a FX based camera body and are holding it 5″ from your eye then you would need a 150mm capable lens.
