Southwest Tour, Red Rock Country: April 25 – April 29 2012
This photo tour is so fun and so comprehensive. We begin in the Page Arizona area, photographing in the slot canyons as well as visiting other photo gorgeous areas out and about Page. On April 26th, we move to Bryce Canyon–majestic and endless in its spectacular colors and shapes. The light and shadows that pass throughout this canyon create spectacular opportunities for wall hanging photos. On April 27th, we move on to Zion, a vast area that is truly awesome; no one leaves Zion without a sense of its endless beauty and magnificence. But wait, we are not finished—we circle back to Page and stop in the Paria townsite area, where the hills have been painted with a palette of colors, sand and a sense of true beauty and balance. We spend the last night back in Page (April 28) and again explore new areas in Page in the morning.
This tour is a full “plate”. It will give you a marvelous taste of a beautiful corner in our country and the range of photography is stupendous.
The one caveat for this tour is the release date of the hotel in Springdale (Zion); our rooms are blocked only through Feb 27th; the town is small and hotel space is limited.
