After Dark – This is a great event, very different than the more “traditional” workshop. It is set up so that the day begins with traditional business and photographing techniques and as the day progresses into the night –all kinds of spontaneous and creative photographic situations occur. There are “pods” for learning–and you can move from pod to pod, as the information may become irrelevant or not what you expected. All areas are focused on, whether it be Photoshop techniques, business techniques, lighting or technical techniques. There area fully equipped studio bays that you can use and plenty of excellent and willing mentors to help out. Models, terrific equipment and props are all provided. The group is held to 400 attendees and it is unique in that once you come into the event, you are not stuck in the back of a room of hundreds of people, straining to look at a monitor.
